QUALITY OF SILK FILL -
Do not settle for less than "100% Mulberry silk" filling. Some comforters are manufactured from
lesser silk fill materials, such as Habutai silk, Tussah silk, and Wild silk (Habutai, Tussah, and Wild silks are more appropriate for silk fabric applications).
Mulberry silk is a longer and thicker fiber than other silks and therefore less prone to separation over time and use.
Mulberry silk is also odorless, where a lesser quality silk will require an "airing-out" period prior to use.
And, probably the most important feature of all, Mulberry silk is 100% hypoallergenic.
