Replacement Policy:
Should your new item(s) arrive damaged by the freight carrier, or should your new item(s) arrive with manufacturing defects, then simply contact us via telephone or email (within 3 days of item receipt). We will arrange for the freight carrier to return the item to us and we will replace your item. It's that simple. We reserve the right to inspect the returned item prior to shipping the replacement.
